Regarding EE Points for a Relative in Canada

Hello,
I am creating my express entry profile. My brother is a PR in Canada since 2020 but he hasn't moved to Canada Yet. My question is, should I mention about him in my EE profile to get the benefits of Points for relatives living in Canada? Will I get any benefit points of him being a Canadian PR? What documents does CEC ask for or what sort of background check they do in order to validate this section?

He needs to be living in Canada in order for you to get CRS points and you have to submit evidnece that he is physically living in Canada. So you should say no to this question.
