Regarding documents to MIDI

Hi Guys,
Received document request from MIDI for CSQ. I am having few queries regarding the same.

1. Do i need to do Notary on Marriage certificate and Birth certificates?.
2. Shall we highlighter to highlight some important points like joining date in company, number of work hours etc.
3. If not highlighter, i think we can use PENCIL to mark few important things like date of joining, date of release etc.
 
Congrats. I dont know the answers to your questions but do you mind sharing your timeline and application number?

How to do notary and translation ? ( Authorities who can Notarize depends on the country where the document was issued from )

Very important:
If the original document is written in French or English, but it includes a seal in another language, it is absolutely necessary to have this seal translated.

Example: For India , the education documents can be notarized by any Notary office (the ones that you usually see near a govt. office) or the educational institution itself.(recommended)

it is safe to have notary for all the copies you send them!
Also can you please share your timeline?

Did you receive docs checklist and mail all the docs to MIDI in your previous Mon Project application (old system)?
Could you share your timeline? Which draw were you invited in and when did you submit on Mon Project?

You should read the checklist carefully, MIDI tells you what's type of the docs they requested. You don't have to highlight anything.

I am one among who got scrapped due to Bill 9 and again exempted for people who were staying in Quebec at the time of filing application.
They gave me 60 days time to send them requested documents.

hi...my status is same as yours..affected by bill 9 and then invited in arrima. Did they ask for all the documents once again..I mean academic credentials ,letter from employers etc ? and have you submitted this documents before also before the submission of bill 9
