Hello Experts,

I am applying for Express Entry Visa.

As per process, I would need to submit Birth Certificate (since I have it, so looks like I can't make an affidavit claiming I don't have it) along with Education certificates (10th standard, 12th standard etc).

Now the Problem is that, on My Birth Certificate, its my Biological Mother's name printed. However, on my all Education Certificates (from state board here in India), its my Step Mother's name, as my father had remarried after untimely death of my Mother, when I was very young.

So, if I produce, My Mother's death certificate along with Marriage certificate of my Dad's second marriage, will that work??

Thanks in Advance!

I don't think birth certificate is required, unless the process has changed. Birth certificate is required Only for dependant children.

Birth certificate is not required. Only ID you have to scan and submit is your passport.

So I dont think that should be an issue.
