Hello,
I received mail from IRCC regarding my COPR which is valid till 6th june 2023. So i have to land in Canada before June to get PR card which I can do . Problem is that my husband is on H1 visa and I am on F1 visa in USA. My visa is valid till 2027 and my husband H1 visa needs stamping then only he can enter in USA. We checked for H1 visa stamping slots but no slots available as of now.
So it is possible that if I visit Canada this time to get PR card. Will my husband gets PR card too as he is dependent on my application? Can someone please suggest

Ok, his medical test was done in 2021 and mine was done in june 2022. so as per my medical test ircc has stated that copr validity is till 6 june 2023. so will ask for my husband's medical test again?

I understood that both of you are receiving COPRs at the same time, I don't see how else you could already know about your COPR and he would submit medicals in the past. The validity of COPRs is same for both spouses as it's thought that you would move together. He might have received extension of validity of his 2021 medicals.
