Regarding certify of Academic Documents for applying QSWP

Hi,

I want to apply Quebec Skilled Worker Program on 18th Jan '2016. I am from Bangladesh. I did my B.Sc. (Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science) from Bangalore University in 2003. One thing I would like to know - should I have to certify my certificate and Marks card from Bangalore University , India or High Commission of India in Bangladesh, or certify from Notary public in Bangladesh will be sufficient ?

Please suggest.

Hi, have you been able to certify your transcripts and certificate from bangalore university ?
I have also done my degree in Bangalore from 2005 to 2008
