Cic will request your English language test after submitted, it might be 7-10 days since AOR.

i submitted my application but i didnt provide them the orginal copy of my certificate i just provided the reference number so now what?

No worry, you will be ok. Just wait for additional document request. In the meantime, preparing scan the original copy of Celpip.
