there is no wage equirement for CEC.

There are no specific wage requirements, either in the Act or in the CIC guides. However it is reasonable to assume that the case officer will take the wage into account when looking at the NOC code you applied under. The HRSDC has published wage ranges which vary by province/city, and the officer may look at this in combination with other things in determining that your NOC code is correct. It would probably lead the officer to closer scrutinizing your classification if it falls outside the wage range.
