Regarding CEC draw after getting province nomination

Hi,
I am a Canadian experience(2 years) applicant and got my nomination on Feb 11th from ontario. This leaded my score to 1014 after nomination. Subsequently, A CEC draw happened on Feb 13th but I did not get ITA from IRCC. Am I not eligible for CEC draw although my application shows met criteria for CEC,PNP and FSW?
Please advise!

Think you’re considered as PNP in this case, which is odd. Anyways, you’ll get invited in the next round.

Is it because I have declined CEC ITA two times when my OINP application was in progress? However, after nomination they don’t consider applicant furthermore for CEC draw?

Most probably. This is just conjecture though. As I would expect you to be invited in the draw last Saturday as you’re still CEC.
