Regarding Canada Study Visa

Ok Guys I need Help. I applied for my student Visa in September 2018 . After two Months Canada high commission emailed me for interview on 12 December 2018 . I give the interview to vo And vo said I will take my decision within 2-4 weeks . Afterthat on 31st December I received email from embassy that I have to give my medical exam. So I give my medical test on January 3 2019 and I emailed to Canada high commission that I have done the medical exam. My classes will start on 4th February 2019 . So my query Is why Canada high commission taking so much time to reach on the conclusion and what do you guys thing I have chances to get visa or not . I also want to know what will be my next step. Please reply

Thanks man. But why they are taking So much Time. I am little bit worried coz I don’t think embassy reviewed My medical yet . So how can I tell the embassy that I have done the medical . By letter or by email .
