I have over 5 years experience in NOC 21232 (Software Developer) and my CRS score is: 369.

My I.E.L.T.S. Score:
Reading: 6.0
Speaking: 6.0
Writing: 6.5
Listening: 6.5.

Is there any possibility to get Canada PR Direct or via PNP? Am I eligible for any PNP?

No chance for Express Entry. You need to add another 100 points. PNP, low chance unless you get a job offer. Maybe Saskatchewan but don’t know if your score is high enough and you need to be licensed.

Apply for jobs in Alberta and see if someone can give you job offer , but your chances are very difficult with your current score. You need to be at 470+ to get invited

With 5 year of work exp, your age shouldn't be very high - which means your CRS should be higher. You need to improve your IELTS score. Use the CRS calculator from IRCC and see what CRS you can get with a higher score in IELTS.
