Regarding BC PNP application

Hi,
I have applied for BC PNP tech Pilot program and I have received an email stating the employer and employee relationship has not maintained. Does that mean My application will get rejected? Is their any possibility I can prove from my side. I am falling under NOC code 2173.
If the PNP get rejected is their any future implications of it?

Definitely you can reapply. You should contact them immediately. One of my friend got some problem in BCPNP but the officer helped him so much and finally got his PR
