Regarding addition documents

Hi,

I was requested to send passport photos, which I have alreadyin January and they have already received it as I have receipt of it being delivered to CPC office with a signature of the person who had revievd the mail. However, they haven't confirmed that they have gotten the requested documents, we were asked to send it before the 8th of Feb. I'm kind of worried now, do they take that whole month to notify us that they have received the documents or is there something else I should have done as well? This is really getting on my nerves.

Sometimes they'll send an acknowledgment of Receipt and sometimes not. If you want to confirm they were attached to your file you can order your notes. https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do

We were in the same position as you, as we somehow forgot to include a form. We resubmitted via express, registered mail, and heard nothing....other than the registered mail process informing us it was delivered.

We are just hoping to hear about spouse approval as the first bit of information from CIC now.

Hmm... They should inform us though, anyway so as long it's been delivered there... I can assumed that they have received it ...
