Regarding 8 months Study Program

Hi All,

I have completed a 8 months post graduate certificate and in my transcript it says that i have completed 5 credits along the period of two semesters. I want to know whether they will consider my qualification as one year if i am to apply for EOI in Ontario province using the International Student Streat. I will be helpful if someone would advice with this regard.
