I have taken NOC of my colleague from my institute to attend a conference @ Vancover, Canada

& believe me Sir, I have started all documents transparently with justification on Indian judicial stamp with advocate notraized

I really had proved myself with all doc submitting online to Delhi-immigration in my response. I too have attached latest Income tax return of my employment.

I know misinterpretation it’s taken very seriously, but all I have mention in my Explanation letter..if u think it will cause then you are welcome to me harsh punishment or throw me behind the bars

The fraudulent Doc stated by my institute, they wrote to high commission that they didn’t provide NOC. If I convince my institute to write to high commission about my sinful work will never repeat again and apologies then would this will work.
