Myself I’m very good @ my research in sustainability and I got an opportunity to take my project as Ph.d research scholar @ McGill with full outstanding scholarship.

I hereby, previously was rejected/refuse for my visitor visa, the reason I was working as professor here in India and a day I got cal from waste management conference to represent my novel work as keynote speaker & it was proud moment for me, I was not provided with NOC and I use letter of my employee as NOC and the document was called fraudulent and seriously my grieved cause me a big punishment as rejection.

I was really saddened with deep sorrow for my sinful work. While applying I too attached this letter as well all my previous doc..All I have confess to high commission in my letter of explanation & request me to provide student permit..

So I request you people to answer/react to my above I.e Do will get student permit...

so you received a letter from CIC stating that they found the letter to be fraudulent? Did they indicate that they have banned you??

Yes..but they have given me a chance to proof myself & have submitted doc online successfully. Then after they didn’t reply.

Actually they have not banned..they stated submitting wrong doc can cause u inadmissible for 5 yrs. They gave me an opportunity to respond & with in 30 days and have got no respond

Respected & Dear Hon'ble Sir/Madam,

I, Mehukumar Rameshbhai Patel previously applied for visitor visa (TRV) as was been invited expert speaker at 9th International Recycling conference on Dec 5-6 2018 Vancouver Canada, it was really immensely a proud moment for me to represent my project “Green approach for recovery and reuse of e-waste by radiation processes” as keynote speaker & was provided with an accommodation as gratis. As a part of procedure to apply visitor visa is mandatory to submit NOC from company/institute. In my confession I misuse NOC of my colleague to support as a proof, this misleading and awful work cause me a rejection (Application no: - V328118214). I believe as Professor/faculty and as a researcher doing malpractice can devastate my career. I solely regret and apologies with deep sorrow that will not repeat again and also will take care in future. I’m so sorry for inconvenience and please forgive me for my grieved work, believe me till today I penance to overcome my sinfulness work. In my tenure as faculty I have been idealized and an inspiration to my students. As Faculty my teaching was always like a light at the end of tunnel called hope; motivate students to never give up. I recently developed an integrated novel organic product which emphasis for an agriculture application where multi-crops can be cultivated in any adverse temp and for this Prof. Shiv Prasher motivate to carry my innovative theme work as my Ph.D project research under his guidance with full scholarship and in that case quit my job in Nov’18 for my further studies (Ph.D). It’s my humble request to you that I really want to pursue with given one time opportunity at the most prestigious University of world; McGill University and that’s all my honor I want to put in my confession.

I do have submitted all the documents with notarized gain as per given 30 dates deadline but not received any response. I'm again attaching same as previous for the same. Beleive me there is no misinterpretation in my employment, only i have use NOC of my colleague and i confess that;s wrong practice. I apolozies and i'm really felling guilt till date and now its really suffering me too much. Please let me know can i apply for my Ph.d student visa and due respect i had applied with all previous attached file.

The law states they have to ask you for a response, but you’ve been banned

Unfortunately the chance you are given to respond is only to check if they made a mistake in their assessment it is not a chance for you to ask for forgiveness.

If you have not received the final rejection yet then you are not banned but expect to be.

Your career is not ruined you just cant go to Canada for a while, try to take it easy.

I do not received final rejection letter. I have submitted all documents very transparently and is there any hope bcoz already I do got funding and all...

I dont understand. So, you prepared that NOC letter by yourself instead of getting it from the conference committee???
