Hello Guys
i am waiting to get my ECA result and after that i will be filing for the express entry. i have a question regarding POF.. if we are showing the POF as fixed deposit.. do we need to submit the bank letter or affidevit or gift deed.. Also if its a new fixed deposit while showing the POF like 2 or 3 months old will there be any issues on that..

you need to show an FD certificate along with the bank letter mentioning your amount in CAD and other details..

if you have enough money as FD then you don't need gift deed or affidavit .

if the FD is 2-3 month old then you will need to provide a 6 month bank statement which should reflect that the money was there in the account from at least 3-4 month before the FD .
