Reg Main duties

Reg main duties in tho give employer letter, whether it should be exact match with NOC site,( like copy paste if employer is Ok to give) or it is in general words and how many points we have to take in employer letter and how many should match with NOC duties.

Please suggest..

I am applying for 2173, please give some vaild expamle duties and if I apply in end of September , Can I chatch the Cap.?

If we put the duties in employer letter as it is NOC site , any chnaces of rejecting the application.
Please suggest.
