Regocument checklist IMM5612..Imp Query

Form list is there.we have to check each item.
first query... if i have not use any representative(IMM5476)..what to write in the respective checkbox
second query..i m not sending Police clearance certificate with my application.what to write in that checkbox.i can send PCC later

U may leave the tick boxes without putting any cross or such thing in representative section. For PCC, I would suggest leave it and write a cover letter and mention there that due to limited time, u were unable to get PCC at the moment and will be able to submit to visa office when asked by the visa officer at later stage.
