I am a very confused soul. Need Professional Guidance. I am from Pakistan.

My Sis in Law ( Biological Sister of my wife) is a Canadian Citizen and we applied on her sponsor for Visit in March 2018 and my family got a visit visa in 2016 April ( I got Visa from April 2016 to June 2017). My youngest daughter was born in Dec 2016 so she did not had the visit visa. I visited Canada in April 2017 along with my eldest Daughter and then my wife visited her sister in July 2017 with my son.

I was a Branch Manager in a Bank from June 2013 till April 2017, however due to a financial blunder committed in my branch by a branch staff under my supervision, all the team was terminated in 2017 April including me. Thus I was not issued a experience certificate by the bank in which i worked from June 2013 till April 2017. Thus proof of employment I have is only Job Offer Letter and salary credited in my account during that time but no experience letter to validate my job now.

During my visit I met Mr. XYZ who claimed to be owner of a firm named ABC he offered me job and processed my case under Inter Company Transfer or ICT. He amended my CV by claiming that I was working with him during that time as antique researcher. Though I did help him online for various other matters to recruit people for his company and was paid in cash but this CV was amended by him and made fake CV and some online experience by him in order to get me through as a foreign worker, the case was eventually refused by Canadian embassy in March 2018.

the Refusal letter said "Not satisfied that you are a bona fide temporary worker & not an immigrant."

Now I need to understand few things which will be beneficial for my clarity and future, kindly respond point wise :-

  1. As visit visa was applied as Branch Manager in a Bank when I was employed but now I do not have its experience letter and my Work Permit was applied with a different experience by Mr. XYZ thus its all jumbled up now. I need to know , how will all this affect my future applications - for Visit or Immigration or even Work Permit. I can not mention that bank as I do not have its experience letter. I recently got job 1 month ago.
  2. how can we apply immigration successfully, need to understand this as that 2013 till 2017 job was submitted in my successful visit application, now how can I apply visit by deleting that experience and replacing it with some other thing or just leave it blank .

Taking the fake job off the CV, may be too late as the CIC has already seen it. They may have found out that this was in fact a fake job somehow, so I would apply for notes to see if this is actually the case.

You are falsifying your documents in order to gain advantage for immigration purposes. Your original visa application will be a reference point for them, and they will determine the information is false or was intentionally omitted in the original application. Either way, you have/are committing misrepresentation. That has ramifications regardless of how long you have a work permit/PR or citizenship as misrepresentation has no stutory limit and can be prosecuted by IRCC at anytime in the future. The result would be your loss of status. Despite “Mr. XYZ” having made the changes, you are responsible.
IMO, you should avoid submitting another application of any type for a year or two until you re-establish yourself in Pakistan. You were lucky they did not assess you a 5 year ban. I doubt you would be so lucky the next time. Applying for the GCMS notes will give you a better idea how much and what information IRCC has and the visa officers concerns.

You should definitely consult with a lawyer. Regardless, you have still committed misrepresentation, something IRCC and the courts take very seriously.
