This is pretty confusing, the reason could be any of them, my guess is 1st one.
Still, highly recommended to get caips note.

This is a very common reason man. You cant re-apply on the basis of this. caipsgcms.com is good. You can chat with their customer service on their site. I recommend that dont hurry for Jan intake. The goal is to go to canada but not necessarily in Jan. You can go in May also. Dont make the mistake of applying without knowning the actual reason. You will get rejected again and it will spoil your visa record with 2 rejections.
You should always check the work of your agent. the problem is they work on so many applications and mix up everything. They make lot of mistakes.
Your first step should be to apply to CAIPS/GCMS notes.
Once you study the notes you will find the exact reasons for refusal work on those and than re-apply. DONOT RUSH.

SOP is a very time consuming activity. I write mine 2 times and got rejected both the time so for my 3rd attempt, I went for a paid one.
