Refused Visitor Visa

Hello Everyone,

I had applied for Visitor visa to Canada with my spouse. I applied thru online from new delhi.
TIme is given below

20 Aug 2019 = FIle Submitted
23 Aug 2019 = Biometric done

23 Sept 2019 = Corresspondence letter received after one month
24 Sept 2019 = Visa Refused letter.

Please, find the refusal letter of both us. Canada visa has been refused due to three points.
1) Based on Purpose of visit.
2) Based on your current employment.
3) Based on your financial assests.



Can anyone share your experience please, What went wrong and what should we do now ?

It would help if you state you and your wife's profile/background.

1) Based on Purpose of visit.
>> What was your purpose and how long (stay in Canada) did you indicate on your application?
2) Based on your current employment.
>> Are you a regular employee? Length of tenure in the company?
3) Based on your financial assets.
>> The assets/money on the bank you presented did not meet the standard of the Visa officer. How much did you declare.
If just basing on refusal, it shows that your ties in your home country is weak.

Hi,

Well, I am into business from July 2019 and Wife started a new job from june 2019.
I got sponsership from canada attending wedding of my cousin brother daughter.
I mentioned 2 weeks time holiday only.
Tenure of my company is current only 2 months.
I had shown ITR 3.5 Lakhs
I have shown bank balance Saving Account = 9 Lakhs and Current Account = 1 Lakh

They didnt mentioned that ties to home country is weak..
They have given 3 points only

1) Based on Purpose of visit.
2) Based on your current employment.
3) Based on your financial assests.


Please, suggest me.

Actually TIES are defined as a job, home, family and assets. The ties are your reason to go back to your home country.
>> The fact that you and your wife are new in your work played a disadvantage in your application.

DO NOT APPLY for a TRV right away. Apply after a year. So that you'll be employed at least 1 year in your company.
Top up your funds and assets.
