When you address all the reasons for rejection. You can apply if there is a change on your profile
how to improve all mentioned below;
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
You did not state your background. These are assumptions.
* Your purpose is not valid.
* If your job does not pay well or not much tenure in the company, you might want to illegally find work and stay in Canada
* Your money on the bank and assets did not meet the standards of the Visa Officer.

But based on what was stated on the refusal it seems that your ties to your home country is weak. Ties refers job, family, assets and financial capability or simply the reasons why you need to go back to your home country.

I have worked for 3 years in my previous company and i will be having experience of around 10 months or one year in my current company at the time when i will apply for the study permit, so does it effect my study permit application as my tenure is low in my current company?
Appreciate your help!
