Refused visa for tourist

Good day family, please i need help i applied for visitors visa (tourist) and was refuse today. I am a firefighter and i hold a high position in Ghana even though i joined the service last 5years but i joined with a degree and thus my position. I have travelled to south Africa, Netherlands and some African countries on vacation, i was refuse a visa to US for a fire fighter course, i am married with a kid and i have a very good financial standing which i added documents from my bankers, my pay slips, letter from work, building plan and indenture and pension bio data, i typed a letter to explain why my family cant travel with me and how ive grown my finances for the past years, hotel reservations yet i got refuse with the reason of Travel history, purpose of visit, employment prospect in country of residence, current employment situation and personal assets and financial status and personal assets and financial status. It was written that i can reapply of i can respond to them i need help on how to go about it. Thank you

How long a visit did you request? What was the reason for your visit here? Do you have family in Canada?

when did you apply and how long did you mentioned that you intend to stay in canada

I applied on 30th June and i asked for 2 weeks

Tourism was the purpose of my visit
and am a female my husband is a soldier and is not on vacation on the said date and my kid would be in school by then i explained this in typing and added to the document i sent

Her grandmother volunteered to take care of her during my vacation

It would be easier to advise if you post the list of documents which you had submitted + do you have a Canadian host or family member + why a holiday in Canada (and not in Europe, for example)

I dont have any family in Canada and ive been to Europe already so wanted a change with Canada since am told is a beauty to see these are the document i added:

• Bank statement
• Investment statement
• Salary account statement
• Birth certificate
• Marriage certificate
• My Childs certificate
• Pay slips
• Pension bio data
• Soldiers wives card
• Indenture
• Building plan
• Hotel reservation
• Letter from office
• Pictures of me in uniform
• School certificate
