Dear Pun

Appeal is an option you always have but the final decision rests with VO

Remember The water has flown under the bridge ,but no harm in giving it a shot,Send them a letter and they might reconsider.

Best of luck

Dear All,

Last year one of my friend case was declined/rejected on following basis:

1- wife educational documents were not attested/notarized, therefore no marks of wife education given by visa office.
2- Did not apperaed in IELTS test

He then filed aappeal which was very soon accepted and now he and his all family members are in CANADA.

JUST APPEAL

UMAIR

So dear friend you have communicated to Delhi about your refusal through email and depending on the standard generic response. The response you have got is sent to every Tom, Dick and Harry who ask their status update. In most of the cases Delhi does not even bother to read the email and copy paste it. Read it carefully it says "contact you when your file has reached the next stage of processing" What stage are you waiting for??? You have go a refusal and case is closed. Wake up man you have received a refusal letter. Send the same letter as a hard copy (through courier and save the records) with your signatures and details. If you sit on the email response God bless you. Even if you need to go in appeal in a Federal court you have 60 days from the date of refusal letter. I hope you are aware of it mate.

Dear Umair.

Please let us know if the appeal was made to reconsider to the visa officer or appeal in a Federal Court of Canada. Which visa office was involved? Thank you.
