I applied two times for jan 2015 information security management graduation certificate in fanshawe college after graduation in b.c.a and got refusal both of the time with reason of your proposed study is not reasonable . What should i do know can i apply again with same course and college or change the both?? Thanks

BCA ( bachelor of computer application) from panjab university chandigarh 60% in 2014 it is a three year bachelor degree , 12th with non medical stream 66% , after graduation apply for graduation certificate ISM in fanshawe and got refusal two times , any other information bro please reply
