Refused! Two important letters via mail not received from IRCC now sponsorship denied

Hi, I was in the process for inland spousal sponsorship, applied feb 21 of 2019, and never connected my link until today Anyways I went online to check the status of my application for the first time as it had been months since I received any mail from IRCC. I read today the application was denied on Nov 4th. I have not received a decision letter via mail or email so I had no idea. I also seen that they mailed me a request letter June 14th which I never received Mail or email either. I have received all other correspondence through Canada post such as approve sponsor, eligible for PR, my owp etc, medical, . I called IRCC call centre today to see how come mail wasn’t getting to me. They have the correct address. They said I could do a web form for reconsideration. I am just really upset bc we haven’t received two important letters (June 14 and decision refusal letter nov 4). It’s a big deal not to get a decision letter sent out and we had no idea. Any advice on how to proceed? or has this happened to anyone else not getting correspondence from IRCC.

It's pretty much guaranteed the emails ended up in your spam box. Unfortunately we see this here from time to time. See if you can find them to see what they are requesting.
 
On the application it says they prefer you to use GCkey to get your correspondence. Not saying its an excuse but you kind of have to stalk your application from beginning to end. You can't just send in and wait, Unfortunately. Hopefully they reconsider.

Yes. I agree. I checked my spam, nothing. But I did get correspondence from them such as approve to sponsor, medical request in via Canada Post mail. We did as instructed whenever we got something. When I called IRCC yesterday they said it was mailed out but never emailed, according to their notes. Yes I have linked the online portal it populated evening would of gotten; but there was no messages from IRCC from June 14th. It shows I passed my medical, that I was eligible to be sponsored. I sent in a reconsideration. Any other suggestions would be welcomed! Thank you everyone.
