Refused twice, should i re-apply? Please suggest

Dear seniors,

I am very heartbroken and i really need your suggestions-
I was rejected before from my hometown and now from my country of residence i.e abudhabi,

The reason before was that i will not leave canada and i am not a bonafide student and this time its

whether the person has been accepted to study at a Canadian educational institution;
• the information in the travel and identity documents;
• the person’s ability to pay for the trip, to pay tuition fees and to support himself or herself while in
Canada;
• whether the person is likely to respect the conditions of his or her admission to Canada;
• whether the person is inadmissible to Canada; and
• whether the person would be likely to leave Canada at the end of his/her authorized stay.


But i had attached all the necessary documents required to prove these.

Ielts-7bands overall not less than 6.5 in any
B.sc in fashion and apparel designig with b grade
10th -75%
12th- 86%

No gap working since i graduated.
Please help what should i do! ??

Ps i applied for fashion management and promotions 1yr course from humber and i am working here as store supervisor in abu dhabi ! I had shown 45k cad excluding my fees as i had paid all my fees

I would suggest you not to apply again as my canadian student visa was also refused twice nd then went to many consultants and told me that I can reapply but there are chances of getting a refusal again.
So from my personal experience I would suggest you not to reapply again.
And if you still want to apply do after some time, maybe 6-7 months.

So sorry to read this Heena we applied within 2 days of each other.
I don't know what to say but I would suggest you don't apply once again. Perhaps try for a different country with less strict laws?

I advised you apply again and write letter of explaination very strong and write the strong point that you will return back and you are not satisfied with your current job and you have required additional course , to make your further career. Good Luck. Don't loose your hope.

If everything is fine then your SOP seriously was not able to convince the visa officer.

Thank you for your suggestion everyone but i thoughy my sop was strong enough as i posted here also to take few ppl advice on it and got good reviews , maybe the problem was with something else with i still do not know!

There is no such thing "appeal". That's what I know. There are several problems with your SOP and the biggest one is that it's way too generic. Nothing is specific except some points for the home ties. I may sound rude but it's an honest opinion.
