I need advice as i want to re-apply for a Canada visa for the third time and i don't want to be refused again. I have already applied twice and was refused on the grounds below
first time
purpose of visa
immigration status
employment situation
travel history
I wrote a letter saying i was going to visit as a tourist
I submitted a letter from my accountant that showed i am self employment
and i haven't traveled before.
Second time refusal,
purpose of visit
travel history
employment situation
I want to apply again but this time, i have visited countries in Europe like Spain, Germany, France so i guess that covers the travel history
I am no longer self employment, i went back to Uni.
I still want to go as a tourist.
My question is this, will the fact that i was once employed and now i am a student, create a doubt in their mind that i am trying to use that as a means to get into Canada?
Secondly, does anyone know an example of a letter that clearly state the purpose of visit to them?
Also, now that i am not working, how do i prove to them that i can finally took after my self? will the aspect of employment come up again?
If anyone can also give me the list of information i need to submit this time, i will really appreciate. I have wasted money twice and i dont want to waste no more but i really want to visit Canada from the UK. I am suppose to be able to visit canada as i have my family here in UK. That should be my ties to my country of residence.
