Hello everyone, I need your help very much, please.

First of all we live between Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, I applied for a travel visa from Saudi Arabia for me and my family like 5 times for now but me and my wife only got approved, and I also visited Toronto and USA when my visa was approved, but now me and my children (3) want to go to Canada in a summer vacation but visa was refused for my 3 children!!!

I have attached all paper needed from bank statement and properties owned and I own a company and a house in Bahrain and all of us have USA valid visa to 2022 and have travel history to EU, USA and much more countries, even I attached marriage certificate and birth certificate and hotel booking and flight tickets
but I always was applying from Saudi Arabia, and now me and my wife have the visa but the children don't

I'm planning to apply to my children from Bahrain with Bahrain residency, is it a good idea ???

Do I more likely to have my children approved?

I'm Palestinian and my wife and children are Egyptian, my visa is valid to 7/18 and my wife is valid till Nov 2019

The refusal reasons for my children was

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your immigration status.

Please, what can I do? I want to go there to visit friends and tourism.

I also opened a bank account in Canada will it be good to apply by signing throw my bank account?
I have all paper needed and all proofs that I will return back but I don't know why the officer refused my Children !!!!!

Also is it good to have an invitation letter from my friend in Canada he has a PR, and how it will be like?

*PLEASE, I NEED HELP I WILL APPLY SOON FROM BAHRAIN SO WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE SURE THAT MY KIDS WILL GET THE VISA!!!!*

There's nothing you can do that will guarantee a visa, so keep that in mind.

Are you a permanent resident of Bahrain?

Also, why have you opened a bank account in Canada? That's an obvious red flag. No tourist opens a bank account in another country..

IM NOT A permanent resident BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING LIKE THIS IN BAHRAIN ITS A RENEWABLE 2 YEARS RESIDENCY

to make payments much easier for me, but I didn't mention that I have a bank account in any visa application I applied, even I was entering the site with my GCkey

Well, don't yell at me. I'm not from Bahrain, how would I know?

So there's your issue. You don't have ties to any country, so IRCC is assuming that you are trying to immigrate to Canada on a tourist visa.

Are you trying to immigrate? If you are, tell us and we can help.. but otherwise, the best thing to do is to go to some other country for a vacation. What's the big deal?

by the way my visa is a business visa that's why it will make everything much easier

Still doesn't make sense. No one opens a bank account in a country they are visiting for a few weeks.

Because the officer felt that your reason for visiting was flimsy. The major reason for denial is your immigration status.

You and your wife got visas because you had reasons to leave - your kids. If your kids get a visa, you have no reason to leave.

What's the real reason you want to come to Canada? You sound very desperate, and it doesn't make sense if it's only for a vacation. Like I said, there are many countries that you can go vacation in. Why Canada?

we have been to Europe last year and we went to new york before so we want to change , and i went to canada and i liked it .
but at the end if the visa got refused again i gusse then we will change our destination to uk , but also we want to visit our friends in Canada.

if there is anything possible to prove that i will return back please tell me because i think i have all paper needed and proofs and i can provide you with them, maybe I did something wrong or as you mentioned (red flag) without noticing

any suggestion how i can proof that ?

The best thing for you is to get your kids a visa to a European country, or the USA. Once you've made a trip or two with your whole family and come back, it will be much easier to get a Canadian visa.

Right now, I can't think of any way you can prove you'll return to Bahrain. You already sent all the documents you have that mention your business, your home, etc. and none of that made a difference.
