Hi... Good Day!

I need help and advice for my TRV Refusal.

First, I made my TRV application online on the first time. I submit all the requirement they mention in the check list provided by CIC. After long time of waiting about 50 Days before the Corresponding Letter comes in my application from CIC Visa Section of Abu Dhabi, of course hoping it will approved with smiling face... hehe. When i get download the letter, sadly i read a letter that my application was refused due to some reason and grounds why my application is refused.

The Grounds for Refusal of my Applications:

1. The are not satisfied them that i will leave Canada after the end of my Stay.
2. The Travel History
3. The Purpose of Visit

This are the comments and reason by them i got refused on my application.
So, after that, i made it rectify and get some additional documents, providing and gathering all the information they are looking base on their grounds. I scan all my expired passport showing the visa stamp, entry and exit to different countries, Providing as well of Two Way Itinerary Ticket, and Invitation Letter from my cousin who's living in Alberta, Canada with his family. Aside from that i made a cover letter as well for explanation.
After all this document i gathered, here i am again, submit my application for the second time paying again of fees. Hoping to get approval, so ok...waiting, then after 12 days i received an Email Notification... here i am again, smiling face...hoping. Reading the status in my online account before downloading the Corresponding Letters from Abu Dhabi, CIC. Sadly, i read the letters and its the same grounds of refusal on my first application. What's wrong this people inside the parenthesis, why my second application is refused again with the same grounds.

Before I apply for Canada Visitor Visa, I got approval of Visitor Visa in United State of America for 10 Years Validity with face to face interview to the US Consul officer here in Doha. So why this people inside the parenthesis from CIC are just only looking on the papers without taking by the phone to the applicant.

So that's all folks, Thank you

Hoping somebody relate on this situation. Appreciate your advise.

How long a visit did you request?

What evidence did you provide to show ties to your home country / country of residence?

Scylla,

Actually i put my request for visit just only 18 Days of my Vacation and came back after end of my stay to my current residency.

Evidence that i made to make strong ties from my country of residence are:

Good Standing of Employment, My Personal Car, Good Standing of Bank Account.

For my home country strong ties,

My Family and children, Personal Property and Assets (Like Car and Land Title) under my name, Personal Saving Account with good standing balance.

This the documents i provide. For that 3 grounds i got refusal only. although i ask CIC Abu Dhabi, what's wrong with my application, but it keeps more 15 days to reply on it.

Cheers

The US and Canada are different countries, they have different procedures and criteria for awarding tourist visas.

Just from personal observation of cases on online forums, the US seems more forgiving in giving tourist visas if one works outside their country of citizenship, whereas for Canada, they are more likely to reject the applicant.

Bellaluna,

For what reasons they are more likely to reject? I know that everyone has a differents comments, but they should be accurate. We are paying fees and submitting the appropriate documents.

Thanks for your comments.

2. mentioned purpose of travel in the invite letter
3. showed $9000 CAD as funds from host side
3. Dads property documents
4. dads bank documents ( 5 lakhs INR), fixed deposits
5. pension letter
6. income tax documents
7. host company letter and pay slips and passport
8. my moms bank statement, NOC and passport and her Canadian Visa

Is there more to the story than what you're telling us? Did you overstay the last time you were here, or did you overstay in the US or were you deported from another country? Did any of your family members make a refugee claim after coming as a visitor? Those will be seen very negatively by the visa officer.

Coffee1981,

As per to your comments, I can say NO to your what you ask. I never been to Canada and USA before and never involve or encounter that kind of situation even to my previous of residence and visiting, i'm legally enter to those country where i go and live. Even my close enough relative are not subject to this refugee claim. In other hand, we're innocent in this. If so... i'm sure they will put in my grounds of refusal all of that in my application if they found out from my relatives... Actually, that relatives of mine is not close to me enough, they from the side of my mother i think 3rd or 4th degree relatives. except to my cousin from my mother side, whose stay and living in canada for permanent residence with his husband, she my childhood days cousin as well.

So meaning, i don't have any background to act of any violation in terms of visa conditions. Can you tell me what more cause of refusing my application? I'm hoping in the 3rd time of application soon to be get approval.

In God name...Jesus Christ, My lord. Give this to me!

I wouldn't apply again so soon after two refusals. I would order your GCMS notes as has been suggested, wait to see more details about the reason for the refusal and apply again sometime next year to visit. While you wait to reapply - I would visit the US using your visitor visa to strengthen your profile.

Scylla,

I will take the chance again to reapply before i go to US for visit, perhaps maybe... only god knows what is coming. If there is no chance... then i will take your suggestion to travel first in the US to get strong my profile. I think there is no limit to reapply on CIC TRV, correct me if im wrong scylla.

About the GCMS Notes that you say? what is more benefits in this notes? I have my application already been refused so what for it is?

Thanks
