you should apply for GCMS not as soon as possible and understand why they rejected and then accordingly make changes in SOP etc and reapply.

Also it would be wise to provide your full information of your profile. Like your high school grades, Under graduate grades and your stream in Under graduation and program you applied for in canada. Funds you have shown, IELTS score etc.. so that senior members in this forum might provide you better insights.
