You can apply. Its not a harm. Its no.1 college in Ontario. IRCC must give you visa upon completing requirements.

6 bands not less than 6. Yes we submit the SOP. Its my brother case sop was needed. becoz he passed his class 12th in 2017 and gave English improvement exam in 2018. but our agent mentioned passing year 2017 instead of 2018 and did not mentioned that info in sop that he gave improvement exam in 2018.

Did you explain in your sop about your future job prospects in your home country? Are there lots of job openings for your desired program?

Bro more will be documents more are the chances of getting visa. If you are applying for Canada first time, then yes you must provides IELTS score no older than two years. Since you have studied in USA, your chances of getting Visa is 99.99%
