my case was reopen on 13 june and today i got request to submit updated docs along with RPRF...
also Adeel41 for approval two days ago and for updated docs request on same day
Bilaltaj got for updated docs request, and zaidkhan and unmarried got MR.... all these case were reopen

1. I applied in 7242 (industrial electrician) proffesion.
2. sent re-consideration request along with detail job description letters obtained from previous employers on 11th of July, 2012
3. Letter was prepared with the assistance of a consultant but sent by me through dhl to LVO. letter received on 13th July.

A Forum member 'Zaidkhan' whose case was refused, got Medicals & RPRF today after getting his case re-opened.....

Good news, so CHC is acting quickly after the closure of new FSW applications.......

May be those which get their cases re-opened, will be issued Medicals earlier since their cases have recently been reviewed by the VO and they do not want further piling of cases.... so they issue the Medicals immediately to avoid another backlog to develop.....

All my personal thoughts though.........

Wow..this is good news. Do you know the reason for his refusal? Was it due to JD mismatch?

Zee, I have not heard anything form VO office about the 2nd letter which I sent. Didn't even get a generic acknowledgment email. Should I follow-up or re-send the email? It's been 2 weeks since I sent the 2nd letter.

Did you sent NEW job experience letters??? If so then you made a big mistake, they will not consider these..................

Don't worry Zakout JDs mismatch cases if re-opened, will be processed quickly.... since they are accepting more applicants, they have ample time and visas now.....
