Hello

Is it possible that you mention and maintain a list of how many refused applicants have opted for Tim Leahy. My case was forwarded by Tim but the CHC London's chief officer has refused again and now Tim suggested to go for court appeal.

In the list, mention how many got approved due to this reconsideration letter and how many did not.

I also got refusal letter some one please advise me

I sent email to them, and asked for reassessment, I said if what you
more expecting from 4131 let me know. I have sent each and every
documents requested by you.

Other thing is that how come CIO passrf our application in intial stage
are these going not enough competent to know what 4131 do.

are we going to get fees from CIO or not.

Please do not write your reconsideration letters blindly, think first and get help from a consultant if you can not do it at your own.....

By writing "What else you expect from NOC 4131" to CHC will NOT help your cause.... be polite and explain your points in a professional way, don't be impatient as this will either MAKE or BREAK your case... Think hard before writing to them

They must have sent you the Fee refund form along with the refusal letter, have they??

If you are rejected due to JDs mismatch & less scored points then are entitled for a refund....... you will get your money back don't worry....

Yes they sent and they mentioned it if you paid fees to us then complete form and
send to us , if you did not send us and you paid to CIO then wait till they send
cheque to you.

My question is that do I need to complete the form and send back to them
or just wait for cheque from CIO ( application processing fees).

I dont want to disappoint you guys, but if they dont care you and your time
then try to move other countries there are other places also in this world.

I am not sure.... i thought that we have to send the completed form to CHC London...............

and then i recived same day the following/

The London visa office has received your email. We'll reply within 28days. Don't resend your enquiry. We reply first to emails we considerurgent where the urgency is stated clearly. We only reply to case statusenquiries if the processing time shown on www.UnitedKingdom.gc.ca (notwww.cic.gc.ca) has passed. If you've submitted new information, we'llupdate your file without replying.

I already told you to send a separate email requesting them to send the refusal letter through email, since you did receive the hard copy.....

Yes if you go through the list one member got his case re-opened...

I am waiting still to get a reply from CHC....
