REFUSED Pre-June 10 Cases (JDs Mismatch) Want to Appeal, Connect Here

Dear Rizwan72,
I have been a silent reader of this and many other blogs.
I am also refused by the CHC London, NOC 0213 (JD mismatch).
Have sent them immediately, detailed explanation highlighting the EXACT NOC 0213, according to the government of canada website.
Also emphasised on the point mentioned on the same website about the NOC 0213 job description that,"SOME OR ALL" of the job responsibilities handler would be claiming the position of NOC 0213.
Ever since, I had sent the COURIER package, followed by a CSI, followed by another email to them, (OF WHICH NONE WAS EVER REPLIED BY THE VO till date), my status on ecas was changed from DM to RBVO, then It was disappeared and then came back and now for about 15 days its completely NOT ACCESSABLE again.
Do you mind shedding some light on this and upon your own current status.

Remember till the time you do not receive any correspondence from CHC, you can not assume that your case has been re-opened....

I sent the re-consideration letter which reached CHC London on June 12, an email was sent by me on June 18 and exactly after 04 days i did receive a reply email from them quoting that their decision is final........

Just send them another email after a week or so and do not trust the E-Case it is not reliable..........

My status is RBVO. But I did not receive any reply yet of my reconsideration letter. I sent them CSI on 10th June 2012. On auto reply it is mentioned that reply will come within 28 days and do not resend inquiry mean while.

So I am waiting for response.

My consultant is convincing me to re-appeal. They said I still have option if the first appeal didn't work out. 2nd appeal should be addressed to the Program Manager and I should provide solid proof. I don't have copies of my pay slips anymore. What I have is the original contract and the job description. I can ask my former employer to furnish me an updated/current dated certificate of employment. They will re-write the job duties but should be the same as the one I submitted since those are the exact duties performed during my term. by the way, my JD is almost similar to that of NOC 4131...i really cannot understand why the JD mismatch reason for rejection.....and even if my JD is almost similar, it wasn't copied and pasted from NOC 4131.....

Zee and zakout, how did you order your CAIPS? How many days did it take you to receive it? I submitted 2 forms: Access to information and personal information request and the other one is Authority to release personal information. My sister emailed these 2 forms plus the credit card form as proof of payment. We opted to email the forms as it is clearly indicated that forms can be sent to the address provided and/or emailed. however, until now I haven't received my CAIPS note. I only requested for electronic copy. It's been more than 1 month! I need this to determine the grounds where exactly I received a negative eligibility review. This would help me re-appeal my case.

Dear asghar, can you please share what was your e-cas when you received DM, was it RBVO or inprocess with date? because i heard its not usual to get DM because of JD's after in process with date.

This is what happened to me.
I was RBVO status and on around 29APR2012, I check my status after I had a letter via registered mail on 09APR2012, asking the CHC LVO, about my current status as i had received my 2nd AOR on 14JUL2011.

My status turned into DM directly from RBVO somewhere during 23-29APR2012.

So, I sent a CSI about this change in status. In reply, CHC LVO replied via email that "A letter had been sent to you on 23APR2012". So I waited and waited until on 19MAY2012, I got the refusal letter mentioned in it was "JD Mismatch reason".

On 21MAY2012, I sent them a detailed reasons letter, highlighted the NOC0213 Duties mentioned on the HRSDC website, compared with the SAME Experience letter as Director of Information Systems, which was submitted with my completed set of documents earlier.

on 29MAY2012, I sent another CSI attached with it my ISACA membership and Professional Certificate as CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information System control).

The change what happened after all this on my ecas status was as follows;
around 12JUN2012, my status turned back to RBVO from DM and the line "A decision has been made and a letter has been sent to you on 23APR2012" line DISAPPEARED.

Now, since around 16JUN2012, I AM NOT ABLE TO ACCESS MY ECAS AT ALL.

It simply does not recognise me.

And, I naver got any of my courier, registered or emails replied, except the one mentioned above.

Do not fabricate the employment letters again........... just use the same letters which you forwarded to CHC while full documents submission....
Just take each duty of NOC 4131 and compare one by one with the ALREADY sent experience letters and explain how these duties match with the NOC......

CAIPS should reach you by 45 days.... just wait for few more days... its good idea to have a look of CAIPS before filing a re-consideration request.... Do remember that you only have 60 days to appeal in court after the receipt of refusal letter....

It could be good news for you.... but never trust E-Case and do send CSI after few days.............

Alhamdullah, thats nice to know, at least it changed to RBVO from DM, as per your details it seems that they had made a blunder but, as soon as they received your certified pro. docs. they realize their mistake and changed e-cas, regarding your e-cas inaccessibility, you shouldn't be worrying, as i am having problem to log in to e-cas and hundreds of other forum members as well. it goes offline and comes back again in few days/weeks. best of luck with your case. please pray for me too.

yes you are right

i was refused due to miscalculation of my educational points

and they approved my case on reconsideration on 13 june and today my Ecas change to in process again from DM
