I make u understand in hindi wat I meant.

JR ek achi option hein, agar aap fight karna chahte hein toh.
point ye thaa, kee joh lawyer bulk cases lega, is baat kee kya gurantee kee woh inko ache se handle karega,
recently, ek lawyer ne, 9 cases lodge kiye, ek hee ground this sabki, court ne sabhi ko dismiss kar diya.

meri baat kee bareeki ko samaghiye.

@ Starme Dear u don't need to translate into Hindi for my understanding...

Actually CIC is adopting this as a policy to reject most of the applicants on baseless reason such as 'Job duties mismatch' to reduce the backlog of MI-1 applicants..... and a collective case by 50+ applicants can force the Canadian Court to put a block to such approach adopted by CIC.....

Our cases as an individual would not be so strong as i believe.... look at most of (about 60%) pre-June 2010 Pakistani applicants got rejected due to this reason, all could not have produced fake experience letters??? or could not have applied against an NOC which they do not belong???

Anyhow I respect your ideas.... its up to others to decide the line of action for their rejected cases.....

My status changed to 'Decision Made' on May 22, the date i think you got the same status I believe...
