even if my online status is decision made...can I still request for a change of address? is there a procedure on how i can delete my consultant from my application? for london visa office, which email address should i use to request for a change of address and to delete my consultant? I am not sure if this is of any importance now that my application was rejected.

Wait till your case is re-opened (InshALLAH) as doing this now will not matter........

You have to use the IMM5476 form to cancel the 'Right of Representation' of your consultant....

Use the same email address;

They recvd my reconsideration letter on 30th May, today when i check my status on e-cas it is reverted back to RBVO. Thanks to ALMIGHT ALLAH.

I have a similar case & I would like to share it with U , to gain UR experience
our application was refused 30/03/2012 cause the visa officer didn't grant Us 5 points for relative in Canada, we ended up scoring 65/100 , I did send my sister PR Card health card & her passport , I think they lost the docs concerning this regard ... Do U have any idea if anything can be done ...
My thoughts that the Visa Officer would request additional documentation to verify and confirm our relation in Canada??? & not to jump to refusal... It is frustrating . Also the officer mentioned that My husband didn't convince him/her that he would be economically established in Canada. While I have experience in banking and he is a doctor
Of course this happened cause I did go through all the application process by myself .. No representative and no logging into similar forums as this one...
I Just can't believe that a stupid invoice and a copy of birth certificate would cost me that much
Do U think a reconsideration letter will be effective taking into consideration the case was refused 30/03/2012 & whether it is late?? I already wrote a reconsidration letter along with a cover letter and some documents, can U share any ideas to be included in this letter & whether it will be considered and what can I do to make it happen
P.S My mail adress is a post office mail adress & post office don't inform us with the mail reguraly , should I elobrate that to defend being late

1. The Federal Court of Canada has ruled the CHC/CIC doesn't have to request additional documents, you either send a complete application or you don't .
2. You had to prove that you and your sister were related, you had to submit your birth certificate and yours to prove the same parents. You didn't submit that proof, so you weren't given the 5 points.

They reply by post yesterday that my application was finalised

2. You had to prove that you and your sister were related, you had to submit your birth certificate and yours to prove the same parents. You didn't submit that proof, so you weren't given the 5 points.

Further to what Sir PMM has mentioned, for adaptability, you had to also send credit card bills, income tax returns, bank statements , utility bills of your sister for the 5 points.
you have just given evidence that she is a PR. you have to also show evidence that she is residing in Canada

I received reply through email....... you send them a reminder after few days and they will respond through email..

i hv applied in 2009 under NOC 4131.My status become IN PROCESS on 8May and DM on 13 Ma y without medical.I got electronic copy of my refusal letter on 4 July.IO has not given me points OF MY LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY and no points of my spouse education.The factual position is that I have qualified IELTS with overall band score 7.0 and my spouse has 14 years of education with a university degree of 2 years.I have submitted all original educational documents of my spouse and my IELTS result along with my complete application. He has awarded only 53 points whereas i expect 71 points.Now what should i do?Should I write him for reassessment of my application with the copy of my these documents?Should I send them from courier or by e- mail with scanned copies?
PLEASE guide me.I m very much worried

Did they return your original documents including spouse's along with the refusal letter.....

Dear you have a strong case, just write a reconsideration letter, provide the details of these documents which you had sent earlier along with photocopies, attach courier delivery copy if you want, explain that you already submitted the original spouse's documents along with IELTS... but the IO did not consider these and awarded you less points..........

I would strongly suggest to get help of some local consultant if you are 'Self Represented', they will not charge much for this type of letter...It is my personal experience that they usually tend to reject cases which are not having any Representation (Self Represented).....

They sent a copy of the letter and said that "it should be arriving in the post shortly";May be they return my original documents with that letter.
Yes i hv prepared my case by self without any Representative.Can u please suggest me any local consultant near my locality?I am living in Islamabad.
