Dear Madam/Sir

This refers to recent correspondence received at our office requesting reconsideration of your application for permanent residence in Canada as a Federal skilled worker.

i have reviewed the file and the case notes and i can confirm there was an error made in the calculation of points for your education. i am therefore prepared to reconsider your application.

you will be advised of the next processing steps by post or by email addresses provided in the application.

So they replied after 60 days.... were you prepared to file a court case since you only had 60 days to do so??

It seems that you have provided insufficient employment proof so visa office did not consider your experience.

i ask consulat he told me do it simple , show them that i was sales manager and i promoted to reservation manager

i just FedEx to CHC London my all the photo copies of my supporting documents and high lighted them the facts along with the reconsideration letter

i did it myself.
