One advice I would like to share from my experience with CIC is if your hubby has to leave Canada to apply outland I strongly suggest he gets his finger prints and RCMP check done while in Canada because it's way much easier. There is the digital copies the finger printing office in Canada send to the RCMP and you can get those results back within 72 hours. Of course, it's a little more but well worth it. Wish I hadn't put much emphasis on that extra 10-20 bucks to do it digitally. He will need a police clearance from Canada because he's lived for over 6 months in Canada.
Lastly, in his home country they do the prints on paper and it takes the RCMP over 120 days to process those prints. You wana find ways to prevent lengthy processing.
Good luck![Big Grin :D :D](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
