I have seen a lot of refusals lately from UAE or the middle east in general. They simply say you wont go back where you came from which I think is a biased remark to make. Most cases which appeal the Federal Court are regarding the same reason. If it was true then judges won't approve the appeal. I am sure there needs to be law and order but at the same time I also feel sometimes the reasoning behind IRCC does not match your intention.
That's correct. And you know what? Many of those cases don't even get to trial. There are many judicial decisions that say that a VO cannot make a subjective assessment of what an applicant would do. I would encourage people on this platform to go the extra mile when your application, which you think and know is very strong is refused, to apply for a judicial review through the Federal Court. In most cases, lawyers from the Department of Justice concedes to your case once they see that your application is strong. They will advise the VO that they made a wrong decision. I live in Canada and I am talking from experience.

Thank u bruh, wish u the same!
Next time, apply alone without your spouse. When you succeed, then you can submit a visit visa application for your spouse. Once she steps her foot in Canada, she would file an application to change her status from visitor to worker. The chances of approval is very high for spouse if you are actually studying yourself.

U need give an authorization to a person who is currently in Canada. If u don't have such person apply thru other websites that cost 20 cad. Those websites will provide u with the details of person who resides in CA. Good luck
Hey
Can you send me the form that you filled to give authorization to your friend so that she apply for your the note

So, IRCC is refusing files but not informing the students rather they are holding the decisions. I am really scared now. Because, a lot of us is hoping that our files are taking too much time to be processed, therefore, it means that we can expect a positive result. But in reality, they are holding the decisions which can be a positive or negative which is unjust because no body wants a refusal after 5 months rather say No now.
in fact looks like, the very application of mine was resting for months with a dust on it and eligibility review took give or take a few 3 days.
Just save ur nerve cells, order gcms as often as u can.

i guess IRCC will give you AIP and after 6 months they will reject your application in GCKEY. Just a theory. Please be active in this forum and confirm my theory is right or wrong.
sure, we ll see. i will withdraw my admission in the beginning of September. I hope IRCC will care a bit to send official refusal letter (or AIP???) so that i wont lose 1K CAD instead of 100 CAD from the college
