Refused Claiming no communication on e-medical

It seems like CIC sent you MR around July 2013, additional medical around August 2013, Reminder on March 2014.

What were you doing between August 2013 to March 2014 ? ? ?

I am curious to know, cause that is like 7 months after you did medicals.

In August 2013 letter the CIC had asked me to complete the medicals before Nov 2013 with Chest X-Ray to be done after 45 days ( Mid October). I completed all this as per schedule. After this, even in December there was no update from the CIC OR on their website on my status. I wrote to OTT-Pilot and I in fact got a response from OTT-Pilot on 30th Dec which stated:

----------------

Got the vials for sputum tests on September 12 and gave the sputum samples on September 16th (Monday)

· Date that the physician sent the medical results to a Canadian Medical Office
11th Nov 2013 - As per Doctor XXX office when contacted today.

In your email you had noted that I did not complete my medical examinations on time. However, I sincerely request you to kindly reconsider your decision as myself and my lawyer have been in touch with you in regards to the email you sent on March 13 2014. The last I heard on this from you was on 16th April 2014 stating that you are in touch with the Medical Office that conducted my physical examinations.

Here are the email communications on this - email from cic on 16th April 2014: (CIC stating it is In Touch With MedicalBranch.pdf)

I am also attaching emails from prior to the above communications :
Please see my email to the OTT-Pilot where I gave all the information I had at that time - dated 11th Dec 2013: which shows I ProActivelyFollowedUpFromMySide

Having followed up proactively and responded reactively and having followed the guidelines of the CIC, I would like to kindly request the Case Officer to reopen my case at the earliest.

If I correctly understand your case it seems that either the results were not properly uploaded by your doctor or the medical officers at CIC failed to update it for your file..in any case, did u attempt to see that your furtherance results were properly uploaded by doctor?

Thanks for the feedback!! Just got back from the doctors office - they again gave me the same information sheet showing "Completed" for all the tests for all the family members.

I will be sending this detailed email to the CIC now.

Yes.

Looks CPC , NHQ, OTTPilot etc. etc. departments do not talk to each other.

Going to meet the MP's office to fix this.

It might be worth to have receipts for all medical examinations handy. As well as all communications to and from CIC...

I met my local MP's office. Apparently the final decision is not made yet and that there is a follow up date on 24th May. In the meantime I have applied for a BOWP.

There are emails from

But when I login there is no updates from them - is it normal? Do I need to be worried about lack of updates on the website?

Because online services are generally slow to be updated. It might take a couple of days.

Since the system is updated once every week (usually on the date you submitted the application), you will receive at least one such email during the process of your application with no changes at all when you log in. You should wait for the email informing you that there is a new message in your account which will be your "real" update. Good luck!
