Yes i will wait for them for sure !! But the thing was that after getting them do i need to change my program then too ??
Nobody can tell you if it's a good idea or not to change programs, you have to decide.

Just know that if you do, you need to also explain why you are now applying for a different program and ideally, support this with evidence. And again, no way of knowing for sure how to address second application until you read your GCMS notes.

I've applied for caips i already know it . I posted it to know that so that i can get suggestions so that when i apply again the changing program doesn't create any ground fpr second refusal

You say you applied for GCMS notes and already know it so what do notes say. If notes state that program is not relevent to justify costs and gives no employment opportunities then yes change the program. You then need to show the new program does.

No one is going to tell you what course - it is your career/life. We only have a snapshot of your accomplishments/CV. You need to choose a program that builds on your degree and show career potential and advancement in a field you are committed to. You need to show that the program will justify costs with future employment. You need to be realistic in your career goals to.

You show your salary now and what you realistically hope it will be with an entry level HR position. Then you show total cost of program and how it will pay off within a couple of years. You want to show that you will not go into debt.

You need to show in your SOP how the program will give you realistic opportunities to justify costs. Again, you don’t have GCMS notes so don’t know full reasons for refusal. Once you have reasons then you address each issue which may involve changing programs (most likely). You want a public DLI not associated with private DLI.

Reason to choose Canada as study destination

I choose Canada for my Human Resource Management Program after so much research on various countries in terms of Management courses. Life standard and quality education provided by Canada is one of the biggest factors making me ready to choose Canada as a prime education provider country. I do not disagree that countries like the US, Australia and Germany are also well recognized for achieving Excellence in the educational world. But the cost of study is much more affordable in Canada as compared to Australia. Living costs are also reasonable in Canada. The Canadian education system adopts specialists, offers long term career prospects and great teaching methods as well as practical knowledge which is quite higher as compared to the Australian education system. Adding one more thing, while comparing Canada and US, the total annual estimated cost for post-graduation including tuition fees and living expenses in the US is a bit expensive around $25000 to $75000 where Canada only touches $50000 per year as maximum. Providing practical knowledge as compared to theoretical stuff differentiates Canada and makes it special compared with Australia and the US. Canada has an education system and liberal immigration policies unlike the USA & UK.

Reason of choosing Advance Diploma in Human Resource Management Program from Robertson College:
After researching a lot of options of colleges in Canada, I chose Robertson College which has partnered with Assiniboine Community college and is one of the top-ranked colleges in Manitoba. The college site allowed me to understand the program availability and courses over there. I also found my relevant course of study which is the Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management Program for One- year. Getting the opportunity to study with the best of intellects across the globe along with the adverse peer group, I will gain an informed yet edgy perspective on Human Resource Management. The quality of education will also make me ready for a highly competitive job market. My course work will include: Administrative Office procedures, Business Communications, Customer Services, Change Management, Employment Legislation Employee Learning & Development, Recruitment & Selection and Labor Relations.
This program is ideally suited for internationally educated professionals with a human resources career choice. A Diploma course at Human Resource Management will open me to professional opportunities as human resource manager in corporations ranging from startups to multinational, spheres with which the College has strong formal links. This certificate from Robertson College will place me with the right kind of erudition; diversity and professionals in order to forward-hone my goals in the long run.

Career Aspects

After my course completion, I would like to join SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and pursue their certification which would eventually lead me into becoming a world class HR professional and form the basis for me to enter into the corporate world. This certification would give me an edge over the other professionals because not only would I have gained education from an internationally recognized institution but also this certification would serve as a proof that I have the necessary skills needed to be a successful Human Resource Manager for any fortune 500 organization.
Additionally, on my return to India, I would have ample career options in the government, private, MNC, and other industries which consider international education as an important factor while making appointments at handsome remunerations ranging from 7 lakhs to 9 lakhs per year on the prominent job profiles. Studying at an International Institution would also help me to develop confidence, knowledge, communication skills, creativity, maintaining professionalism, and many more. This industry requires having a pleasing personality along with good communication skills while interacting with people and understanding concepts very well. Also, there are numerous job roles in Human Resource Management sector as the list is endless such as:

● HR Generalist

There is a huge scope of my qualification once I will come back to India after the completion of my qualification. I really intend to work with Fortune 500 companies like Reliance Industries, KPMG, Deloitte, Price Water Cooper, HCL technologies and many more who have many offices in India and are always on the lookout for individuals who have had international exposure and this program will deem me fit to be a part of such organizations.

Moreover, Canada is my Dream Destination and one of the versatile countries in the world which gives rise to many dreamers and helps them make their future secure and bright. In addition, Robertson College partnered with Assiniboine Community College is one of the top reputed Colleges and helps tremendous students fulfill their dreams. I am well prepared to face the challenges of studying at Robertson College, and I have the determination to realize my goals and complete my studies successfully. In conclusion, I heartily believe that the only way to achieve success in life is through hard work and determination. After graduating in such a humble environment I will be able to raise my future to a new horizon.

My SOP
Last part was financials
I am aware of Canada’s SDS program and fulfilled all conditions i.e. I paid my one year full tuition fee (DLI Approved College). I deposited GIC CAD 10,000.

My Father ----, is an --his job-- who earns a solid income and can afford to pay for my education. This is an excellent opportunity for me to complete my education while also gaining international experience. As a result, I intend to travel to Canada solely for the purpose of furthering my education.

My sole purpose to study in Canada is just to enhance my knowledge and skills and return to my home country after completion of course. In conclusion, I heartily believe that the only way to achieve success in life is hard work and determination. After graduating in such a humble environment I will be able to raise my future to a new horizon.
I am not the SOP review expert, I will tell you that listed companies are not the Globe Fortune 500.
