Second time around......

My first application was refused because of missing magic words from certificates...
I need help...... I need to answer some question again from file... Any one can help?

You been refused refugees status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa ( including a certificat de selection du Quebec (CSQ) or application to thenprovincial nominee program). Or visito or temporary resident visa, to canada or any country? YES or NO?? ....

You ever been refusd a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave canada or any other country? YES or NO?? ....

Any one can clarify to me what should i answer???

Answer YES to both questions and give an explanation that your PR was rejected due to certificate not clearly stating the job was permanent and full-time. Answering YES to the above mentioned questions will not affect your application negatively whatsoever.

Wish you good luck this time with the application :)

Hi that's a bad news and some intimidating as well. Can u please share your timeline when u got the AOR and your rejection letter?

The words 'Permanent' and 'Full-Time' is required if you have an LMIA job.

In other cases, the word 'Full-time' should suffice as long as it's backed up with the number of weekly working hours (>30).

What if my employment letters just say "worked 40 hours per week" fir (x) amount of years...

Shouldnt that be good enough?

It could be good enough. To support the fact that you worked full-time attach payslips, T4 etc to show the VO that you were being paid at an hourly rate indicating your full-time working status as a designated officer in your organization.
