Refused application reprocess - Please help me

Hi, this is rupinder from Chandigarh I am a post graduate and working as a Lecturer since 4 years my wife is also working in same field she is also a post graduate, I have applied for immigration Skilled worker under point system. I had sent my application without IELTS certificate to delhi office for further processing after getting approval from Canada office in the month of Feb 2010. I applied for IELTS exam on 23rd march but on 25 march Canada immigration office Delhi issued a letter regarding refusal of my application due to not providing IELTS (Total points 59). I sent them as reply I'll provide IELTS In 30 days. On 27 of April I sent them my IELTS certificate (Score - 6.5 Bands) and but till date i have not received any reply or no application status online.

Please let me know will they reprocess my case or i have to apply again ?

Also please let me know what to do now ?

Or will they refund my money ?

they are strict on sending the full documents on a single package and not partial. I suggest you reapply again, makes things easier.

Go for appeal if you score 67 points with ielts.

try to call or email and try to explain the situation.. they might accept your application. If you are missing dead line then you have to provide proper explanation.

They will not accept after deadline .Instead reapply whole application again !

Did you explain in your full application that you will provide IELTS result by so and so date.


Now you need to send them e-mail asking for reconsideration and wait for reply, else you may need to start afresh from CIO office

The instructions clearly say application should be send once with all docs

i think u will get a responce in another months time from new delhi.i have seen posts on this site where applicant sent their ielts results later and succeeded.so don't worry wait for a month.

You were refused as you didn't send a complete application, the instructions warn you about that. So you re-apply to Sydney and start the process again.

i think now that u av evrything u can apply afresh in time b4 any change in process.

meanwhile, can anyone tell us if there is a way to delay Or apply for extension of time for decission makin by CHC so as to acomodate some new things like a new baby,or few months more 2 increase work experience.

Once you have approval from CIO Sydney, you have a 120 days to submit a complete application. Not submitted in the 120 days, it is refused, end of story.

hey PMM,

Does this rule apply to PCC as well... I sent my docs to ND with FBI report and wrote in cover letter that I will submit it as soon as it get it. So after one month I sent them the report.

Note : I had time my 120 days were not over . Its just my other 6 PCC's were getting expired !

Well said PMM once refused should not hope for further correspondence....reaply is the option...
