So you have paid your tuition for first year but how are you going to pay for the other two or three years plus living expenses. What you are stating is the minimum but VOs want to see that you can afford your studies without working. You don’t have near enough funds.

So in your SOP, you need to state that your Canadian degree will be highly valuable and you will make much more money in your home country. Again you have to justify the $90k+ cost.
Idk if this helps but im currently studying public health and it related to what i want to pursue at the u of r i also took science classes back in highschool and scored highest in biology in particular,plus me just wanting to pursue masters back home would have been reason enough but i guess i have to explain more sufficently thanks both of you guys you have been really helpful
 
My mom is trying to sell one house,so if she deposits it in her account does that count as liquid funds?

Yes, once the house is sold and the fund deposited, it will count.
