refused after file number ????

i pay for office to apply for me to immigration under skilled worker my job title in the list of the needed occupation in Canada Thus they send my documents and after 3 months they send me the file number and ask me to prepare the other documents ..but suddenly they told me that the my application is refused
by the way i check on the this site www.cic.gc.ca and i find my file in progress

please any advice??????????

1. u sent the initial application to CIO sydney
2. they sent u a letter (AOR) with a file number. in this letter, they asked u to submit the full documents to your local visa office in 120 days.
3. then they sent a letter saying that your application is refused

is that what happened?

are u using a consultant?
or did u submit the documents to CIC yourself?

yes i use consultant and i arrived to step number two and they ask me to submit the full documents .
i check with file number i and its status is in progress and i give them the full documents but i had call next day asking me to come to take the check

i am not very clear about your story but it looks like your consultant has screwed up.

before u submit any documents, did your consultant tell you that u are eligible to apply for canada migration?

you said you got a file number. is your file number something like B123456789 (letter B and nine numbers)?

i just check again now on website and this what i found :

In my opinion, a good consultant should be able to tell you whether you are eligible or not, before sending your documents.

Since nobody in this forum can understand the exact problem, my suggestion for you is to talk to another consultant who will give a free assessment of your eligibility.

just 1 comment, the visa office can't call u and ask u to come and refund ur money because ur application had been rejected,

according to the CIC instructions to the local visa offices, the visa office must send official letter stating the reason for the rejection, but someone just call u and tell u we r from the embassy and u've been rejected doesn't make sense !!

FYI according to the the instruction from CIC as long as the embassy didn't submit official notification the applicant can support his case by sending additional documents anytime

check the regulations on CIC website ( The regulations stating the CIC instructions to the local visa office, The regulations which show the steps which the local visa office should follow ), don't remember where exactly but i saw it before on cic website

I dont think its the visa office which called him for the refund. Most likely its teh consultant.

nasem it is not the embassy it is the consultant office and i will meet him tomorrow to find out the problem and why i refused
but i think he said it about my job title,although my job title is in the 38 list occupation needed in Canada

1 comment, forget about the title, the most important issue is the job description, if the job description matches those identified by the HRSDC u should be qualified,

FYI if ur title matches but ur job describtion doesn't match ur case will be rejected,
