So the job is to paint houses or buildings? You have experience painting walls etc. Below is the education requirements so you need to show education through apprenticeship/trade certification. Depending on where you would be working, you may need Red Seal.Job as painter noc 7294

What are you going to change in a reapplication? Order GCMS notes to find out full reasons for refusal but it may because you don’t have Red Seal to work in Canada.
