Applied for Fall 2021. I got refusal after showing strong family ties, connection for me to join the course, previous experience. There is no time to apply for GCMS notes. I started my online class also.

I applied for Project Management after Masters of Pubic Health. I have 6 years of experience. And I resigned my job last year due to personal reason. So basically I did not work for almost 1 year.

Why do you need to go all the way to Canada to do a project management course?

I was managing Health project soon after my post graduation. I was very new to that field. I was working under a Program coordinator. Foreign degree always have a good recognition and standards and the way teach is totally different from my country. And it will help me to get good job in my country.

The only reason I received for refusal is " I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit. " So what will be the possible cause of this?

Any number of countries qualify as foreign. Why exactly do you need to go all the way to Canada and spend thousands of dollars for that certificate?

I state that there are many health project running in my country for which they need consultants who can manage and give better outcome.

Its not a guarantee. I know that clearly. But the college gave option for differ or withdrawal on or before 17th December 2021.

All you can do is get GCMS notes and then apply. Don't apply in a hurry.
