Your immigration records are shared.
I am pretty sure if you apply for Australia and if it asks have you been ever denied a visa anywhere, you will need to mention Canada.
And maybe they will find out.

But did your agent submit documents originally that were fraudulent that you paid GIC? If that's the case receiving letter early would not have helped you.
Its really stupid to submit fake GIC cert as its the easiest thing for them to check.

Apply for CAIPS notes and request the whole package including submitted docs.

I applied for student visa for humber college certification,but I refused because 1) IT OR 216 based on my purpose and 2) based on my family tie in Canada and in my country,how can I solve the concerns?
