Your marks in recent qualification, are problem, my friend. There must be written something next to the word other reasons: give that reason.
Changing your course would definitely leads to another refusal, the visa officer will thinks that applicant is not genuine and not sure about what he wants to study.

Hello Abhi, your last qualification is 2015 and you have mentioned that you have already got a diploma in International Business. That could be the reason as there is a gap of almost 2 years after your last studies.

Hi there

FYI,Marks don't matter at all when you get the acceptance from the college.

Now

@ABHI1995
When you apply for a study visa, these days, you need to convince the visa officer that you are serious for studying that particular course in that particular college. Write an explanation letter next time directed to visa officer, stating that why you chose that course, why could not you do that course in India? what are the future prospects for you in that course? DO MAKE SURE THAT YOU TELL HIM THAT YOU WILL COME BACK AFTER YOUR STUDIES, AS YOU ARE COMING FOR GAINING SOME ACADEMIC EXPOSURE ONLY. Also, you have a gap in education. You need some solid reason to specify what you were doing throughout that time and why?

coming to @Sidhu4607 :
You probably too need to write a letter mentioned above.
These are some important points to keep in mind while you apply for a study visa.

I can say I am credible to answer you for the following reasons:
I applied for a PG Diploma after my Masters from P.U. and got refused for the first time.

Second time, I applied my self, as the educational consultancies in India, are nothing but stupid and just for extorting money from you.

Marks do matter, mate. College would give admissions, but problem is in getting visa with poor academics, since visa officer would think that the applicant was not concerned about his studies in home country, so probably would not be a successful student in Canada.
Remember, everyone who is interested in studying abroad, gets admissions, but not everyone gets the visa.

Rest, its my opinion and there are chances that it can be different from others'.

Bro my reason was stated under:
Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing marksheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, or your
future prospects and plans.

Thanks for the reply mate.
I have attached SOP with my profile both times but unfortunately to my dismay my application was rejected both times . In my first sop i explained why i want to go canada and why i have chosen this particular course and after doing this what will be my carrier opportunities . And in second letter i gave a detailed answer of the rejection points covering each and every point so that VO is satisfied that the above reason is not reasonable to reject my visa. But still i got my visa rejected.

Hi bro

I totally get that. Mine was the same reason. And in this case SOP is the only document you can work on, given the time.

Try configuring your SOP, indicating how bcom developed your interest in global business, but did not give any opportunity to pursue any professional course in such a short time period.

That's what I wrote. I also mentioned that India lacks in providing professional courses in specialized field.

Also add any internships or research projects you did in your grad at PU.

It has a lot of impact on your SOP.

Good luck.
